When the COVID pandemic began, my work life changed considerably. From spending most of my time on airplanes or airports, I had to stop travels and started working from home, holding a lot of virtual meetings in Zoom or Teams or organizing webinars for my colleagues at CONICA or for our clients, installers or landscape architects.

With the return to a certain normality, now my daily activity is divided between contact and interaction with potential clients and installers all over the world, mainly using Social Media as LinkedIn and conferencing with Zoom and also working on preparing new projects or product launchings, technical support or answering customer inquiries.
Still not traveling too much as currently this is stil a bit tricky with a lot of PCR tests, quarantines in some Countries, lockdowns in others and extra documents needed. I’m looking forward to the trip for FSB show in Cologne in second half of October where I plan to be at our CONICA Swiss Alpine booth the full week. Looking forward to meet you there.

My current normal activity during working days is a mixture of attending to doubts about the most suitable products for new Projects, giving technical support or providing documents, certificates or clarifying technical characteristics of a certain product, visiting clients in relation to new Projects planned or to visit a work in progress to see its evolution and give the recommendations that our customer may request.

I often write on this blog about some of the issues I am working on or some new problems that I sometimes encounter, but because I try not to repeat myself too much, I sometimes go crazy to decide on the content of my articles.
Some weeks I am not sure what to deal with because I cannot explain many details about new projects or I have no inquiries about new problems not covered already in previous articles.
I have always liked writing, but facing a blank page and trying to fill it in a language that is not your native one, I must admit that it produces some uneasiness.
This past week has been mainly for meetings about a new Project, so as I did not know what to explain you today, so I have chosen to explain you my life. I hope you will forgive me for this.
Maybe next week I have a lot of new stuff. Who knows!
Take care
